Puma and MCM celebrate 50th anniversary of classic Puma Suede sneaker

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of its iconic Puma Suede sneaker, the German sportswear maker has teamed up with leather brand MCM for a footwear and apparel capsule. The collaboration also spotlights the history of the German-born luxury brand, featuring the monogram created for its launch in 1976.

MCM has put its own spin on the Suede sneaker for the occasion, drawing on its hip-hop heritage and creating a footwear and apparel capsule with an atypically luxury touch.

The capsule offers three pairs of sneakers in shades of cognac, white, and a red/blue combo, priced at €350; and two tracksuits, at €250 for the joggers and €300 for the zip top.  The collection will be available at international Puma and MCM stores.
