Maison Kitsuné channels its surfing soul for summer

Published
Jun 8, 2014

In the midst of fashion's vintage California wave, now comes Maison Kitsuné's turn to head for the U.S. west coast this capsule season. For the season of summer, the brand led by Masaya Kuroki and Gildas Loaëc has created the "Kitsuné Surf Club," an imaginary association for which the two designers have imagined all the right stuff.

Men and women surfers as interpreted by Maison Kitsuné will be outfitted with t-shirts, sweat shirts, tote bags and a print dress that borrows from both Hawaiian and tribal motifs. The Kitsuné Surf Club wardrobe will go on sale June 5 in the French label's Paris, New York and Tokyo stores.
