Deckers Outdoor appoints David E. Lafitte to Chief Operating Officer

American footwear specialist Deckers Outdoor has appointed David E. Lafitte as its new Chief Operating Officer. A role he will take on as of this 2 February.

He previously served as the Decker Group's (UGG Australia,Teva, Sanuk…) general counsel, since January 2012. He succeeds Zohar Ziv, who retired from the company on January 16, 2015.

For its third quarter ended 30 September, Deckers Outdoor posted a 24.2% increase in sales standing at 480 million dollars.
