Sosandar promotes Dilks to CFO

Sosandar has a new head of finance. The online women's fashion retailer has promoted Steve Dilks to chief financial officer with immediate effect.

He joined Sosandar last September as finance director after spending 11 years with Regatta, the outdoor apparel business, latterly in the role of finance director.  

Additionally, following Dilks' appointment to the board, Mark Collingbourne, group finance director, will transition to non-executive director with immediate effect.

Non-executive chairman Bill Murray said: "Steve hit the ground running as soon as he joined last year and, since then, his experience and expertise have added significant value to the business. As finance director and now as CFO, Steve provides great confidence to the board, offers substantial commercial contributions and is proving to be a great asset”.

Last month, Sosandar reported full-year revenue jumped 35% to more than £12 million year-on-year and increased 63% alone during the January-March final quarter to £3.94 million.

The Wilmslow-based company also said its EBITDA loss was reduced by over 60%.
