Pepe Jeans London has unveiled its men’s and womenswear campaign for SS23 with a photoshoot in Marrakech reflecting the collection of natural-tone pieces that “blend into the landscape” and include fabrics “made to withstand the heat”.

The AWWG-owned brand’s campaign was shot by Hans Neumann with it telling the story of a group of friends who set out “to experience the rich and vibrant local culture”.

The highlight of their trip is a journey deep into the desert, with a stopover at a glamping site for some relaxation.

The collection includes “flowing floral dresses, loose-fitting tops, and comfy shorts in breathable fabrics like linen and cotton”. And "inspired by the sandy dunes, the colour palette is dominated by natural shades of ecru and soft orange that blend into the landscape and combine to perfection with denim”.

Location shoots have been hugely popular for SS23 campaigns with brands making the most of the complet end of pandemic restrictions to travel far and wide.
