The upcoming edition of Munich Fabric Start will see the trade show include a new manufacturing area hosted at the Business Club Munich directly opposite the Munich Order Center.

Munich Fabric Start is expanding with a new manufacturing area - MUNICH FABRIC START

This responds to growing demand for manufacturing services from exhibitors and visitors attending the Munich Fabric Start and Bluezone, show organisers announced. The combination of these portafolios marks an important step in the strategic direction of the Munich fair.

“With the new manufacturing concept area, we are focusing on providing a sort of co-working space for company and product presentations. The idea behind this concept is to create an inspiring backdrop, with a contemporary and elevated atmosphere, to facilitate meetings and exchanges. We will surprise exhibitors and visitors with a completely new format,” said Sebastian Klinder, managing director of Munich Fabric Start.

The area’s venue, Business Club Munich, is a Bauhaus style building constructed in 1926, providing the ideal backdrop to the new format.

Around 70 international international manufacturers and producers across womenswear, menswear, accessories, corporate, couture and tailored will join the event.

Munich Fabric Start said the venue has also an “extraordinary infrastructure”. These factors will allow the trade show to expand with a manufacturing area and help established brands connect with top clothing manufacturers, covering the entire supply chain.

The new edition of Munich Fabric Start will take place on 3-5 September. Bluezone will be held on 3-4 September.
