As Berlin Fashion Week and Ordertage in Dusseldorf draw to a close, the German industry turns its eyes to Munich, the home of Munich Fabric Start. More than 1,000 exhibitors will present their latest fabric collections and highlights for Spring Summer 2021 at the show’s upcoming edition, taking place on 4-6 February at MOC Munich.

Show organisers are expecting to see around 20,000 visitors from Europe and beyond through the doors over the three days.

In addition to the latest developments in the world of textiles, visitors can expect an extensive content programme with keynote speakers, workshops and seminars on leading topics such as sustainability and digital transformation.

Dutch fashion designer Pauline van Dongen who specializes in wearable technology, will invite visitors to ‘The Nurture Room’, a space for reflection, dialogue and networking. The initiative, whose motto reads "Let's take care of fashion together", offers six different workshops exploring topics such as sports and activewear, wool and tailoring, workwear, intimates, outdoor and casual wear.

Another programme highlight is a lecture by trend forecaster Li Edelkoort on Tuesday, February 4th, in Hall 5.

Meanwhile, the Munique Moods Party on Tuesday evening will offer guests a platform for networking, community building and fun.
