Karrueche Tran drops new ColourPop collaboration

Karrueche Tran is back in the makeup game with a new collaboration with Colourpop Cosmetics.

The actress and model has teamed up with the beauty brand on 'Brown Sugar,' a series of versatile neutral-hued products for eyes and lips that launched over the weekend.

"Brown," Karreuche captioned an Instagram photo of herself modelling the collection just before its release. "The color of earth, wood, stone, wholesomeness, elegance, security, healing, home, foundations, warmth and honesty. It is a natural color that evokes a sense of strength. And through that strength we embrace our natural selves with just a hint of brown sugar."

The series includes a nine-pan eyeshadow palette featuring a combination of matte and shimmery shadows in shades running the gamut from soft beige to charcoal brown. Four 'Crème Lux' lipsticks in different nude hues, two high-shine glosses and three gel eyeliners complete the set.

This is not the first collection Karreuche and ColourPop have worked on together; the duo first joined forces back in 2017 to collaborate on 'She,' a pressed powder palette that was an instant hit with fans. ColourPop has a long history of recruiting powerful stars for its collaborations, having previously worked with the influencer Shayla Mitchell, as well as model and actress Jaime King.
