Jimmy Choo and Mugler drop daring, sensual collaboration
After announcing their partnership last winter, Jimmy Choo and Mugler have recently unveiled an exclusive footwear capsule collection for Spring/Summer 2022, designed by their respective creative directors, Sandra Choi and Casey Cadwallader. “This creative partnership brings together two worlds based on a vision of women as powerful, self-assured and glamorous individuals,” said the two labels.
The collection features sexy, original boots priced between €995 and €3,095, crystal-studded sandals priced at €1,495, and high-heeled pumps with buckles or a gold-plated chain priced between €795 and €895.
The collection is available at select stores and online, and notably on the Jimmy Choo e-shop.
“This collection is dedicated to the strong women from whom Jimmy Choo and Mugler's draw their shared inspiration,” said Choi.
“Shoes complete the look and define character. I’ve always associated Jimmy Choo with a very powerful sense of sculpture in footwear, striking a balance between subtlety and form. Both Mugler and Jimmy Choo are daring and sensual, and both are driven by women who are powerful and self-assured. This is why this collaboration makes so much sense,” said Cadwallader.
