The exhibitors will present their innovations in Outdoor clothing, Sportsfashion, Snowsports, Health& Fitness, Textrends and Sourcing. The events program includes conferences, lectures, networking events and the Ispo Cup awards. The plan is to provide "comprehensive insights into the entire sports industry ecosystem."

"It is already clear that we need new perspectives on the market, consumers, retail and sport itself. Only together will we be able to solve the many challenges in our industry. And without a sustainable approach and offerings, we won't get very far in our business. Ispo Munich not only wants to discuss all the essential issues our industry is facing, but also to be the central lobbying platform for sports and give it the important voice that corresponds to its position in society," says Tobias Gröber, head of Ispo Group.

At the Ispo conference, the topic of sustainability will play a particularly important role. For example, Eva Karlsson and Antje von Dewitz, CEOs of Houdini and Vaude respectively, will talk about the latest developments in circular and regenerative business models. The conference will open on the first day of the show with a panel on the future of winter sports in the face of climate change and energy scarcity. John Yang, CEO of Helly Hansen China, will also provide insight into the development of winter sports in Asia.

Other speakers include Merijn Dols, Danone's global director of open innovation and circular economy and Joao Paulo Ferreira, Natura's CEO. Also, more than 70 startups will be represented in the Future Lab with their product and solution innovations at the Ispo Brandnew Area. In the Ispo Award Area, the nearly 100 winning products of the current awards will be on display.

As part of the Retail Breakfast, which will take place on the second morning of the trade show, Margit Gosau, CEO of Sport 2000 International GmbH, will speak about "successful category management in sports retail." Other retail topics on Tuesday morning will be recruitment, customer loyalty and digital transformation.

"Ispo Munich is not only a showcase for new products in the sporting goods industry, it is the central industry meeting place where personal contacts between manufacturers, retailers and other industry players take center stage. With the new date at the end of November, we are right at the start of the order period," says Lena Haushofer, exhibition director of Ispo Munich.
