George Davies will headline next Pure London's content programme

Pure London has announced retail legend George Davies as a keynote speaker for the upcoming fashion tradeshow at London’s Olympia next month.

He will spearhead the content programme on the opening Sunday of the 16-18 July show. The 1.30 pm session will be titled ‘In Conversation With George Davies’.

With a career spanning over four decades, Davies is “widely acknowledged as the most successful fashion innovator and designer of his time and is renowned for revolutionising the British high-street” by creating three of the UK’s most successful fashion businesses, Next, George at Asda and Per Una at M&S. His latest venture GWD launched to the UK at Pure London in February of this year.

Davies will be joined on the stage by journalist and author Eric Musgrave, CEO of The UK Fashion & Textile Association. Musgrave has written for many newspapers and magazines in the UK and abroad and published his own coffee table book Sharp Suits.
