Flower power is key to new Puma x Liberty collaboration

Published
May 4, 2023

Sportswear giant Puma and luxury department store Liberty are partnering again for a special collaboration, with each brand “sowing its own storied past into this new range of bold floral designs”.

Puma x Liberty collab

The new collection channels the spirit of the 1960s, told with the help of Liberty’s famous archive of florals. The collaboration also pays homage to London’s florists and flower shops, from Hackney’s rustic markets and flower stalls to the ornate bouquets created by Chelsea’s prestigious florists.

Mixing both prints and embroidery “for a tactile and elevated feeling”, Puma x Liberty “is here to empower you on your journey of self-discovery, wherever it may take you”.

Spanning apparel, footwear, and accessories for adults, and for the first time, children, it includes “verdant and unabashed matching sets” such as a Woven Jacket and Woven Shorts, plus flowery staples including Flared Pants and Cropped Hoodie.

Cross-pollinating Liberty’s signature DNA with Puma’s luxe sportswear cuts, the collaboration also includes a selection of exclusive and playful graphics, used across the apparel range.

The Teveris Nitro and Slipstream round out the collection’s footwear offer, also adorned with an exotic floral colour scheme courtesy of Liberty.

Set within a traditional London flower shop, the campaign imagery shows the collaboration in a scene “teeming with vivid flower arrangements”.

The collection is available from this week in Puma flagship stores, digitally, Puma stockists and in-store at Liberty.
