Dior and ASOS are "most trusted" fashion brands - report

Dior is the “most trusted” fashion brand for UK consumers, new analysis from money.co.uk has shown with the company looking at Trustpilot reviews of over 100 worldwide brands. Dior also comes top of the list of the most trusted consumer brands.

The study said that it had an average score of 4.4 our of 5 from 14,695 reviews and 77% of Dior’s customers gave it an ‘excellent’ review score.

ASOS is in second place as far as fashion brands are concerned with a 4.1 score. The study said that “its high consumer rating shows that customers are clearly buying into the ease and convenience of online fashion”.

The rest of the top five includes Puma (3.3), Rolex (3.2) and Prada (2.8).

As mentioned, Dior also tops the list of the most trusted consumer brands, but it shares top place with Superdrug. Some 75% gave the beauty and pharmacy chain an excellent review and a further 7% gave it a ‘great’ review.

In third place is Argos on 4.3, with ASOS’s score putting it into fourth spot on this list. There are other beauty names on the list too with Dove in sixth place on 3.9, and Maybelline eighth on 3.7.
