Camper chooses Seoul for its world’s biggest store

With 300 sq metres spreading over three floors, Camper’s first South Korean flagship is the brand’s biggest international sales outlet, well beyond the 40 sq metre store recently opened in the Parisian neighborhood of the Opera! Designed by Argentine Alfredo Häberli, this Camper Together store is directly inspired by the brand slogan: "Do not Run, just walk".

"Thinking about wheels, the first thing that came to mind was to use the first and simplest vehicle that exists: the tricycle," said the designer. "Its three wheels make it stable, so I wanted it to be part of the furniture in the shop. The wake left by the wheels of the tricycle is ideal for placing Camper shoes on. The new slogan is therefore, DO NOT DRIVE, JUST WALK. But follow the signs!"

The Spanish label is leading at the head of a network of over 70 self-owned stores worldwide, plus some 145 franchisees. Camper Together boasts collaborations with various designers, there is about 36 of them, including six partnerships.
