Beauty retailer Oh My Cream receives $6.5 million in funding

French beauty retailer Oh My Cream announced on Monday that it has received €6 million, or $6.5 million, in funding from Parisian investment firm Otium Capital.

Oh My Cream

The investment will help Oh My Cream open more retail locations and increase its store count to 20 locations. The beauty retailer opened five locations in France following its first investment of €1.6 million, or $1.7 million.

Juliette Lévy founded Oh My Cream in 2012 to give all women access to the best beauty brands. She grew tired of seeing the same brands offered at her favorite retailers and felt that today’s woman should have access to more brands that may actually work for them.

Oh My Cream joins a number of brands that Otium Capital invested in including Doctrine.fr, Payfit, Let’s Ride, Source{d}, Merci Handy, Stratumn, Shippeo and Octoly.
