Alan Kim stars in Thom Browne childrenswear campaign

Nine-year-old actor Alan Kim is making his debut as the face of New York-based designer Thom Browne’s latest childrenswear campaign.

The new campaign highlights a second summer collection designed for young fans of the brand. As part of the campaign film, shot by Cass Bird and dubbed 'Another Day in the City' and
'Just Catching Up With the Times', Kim along with other young models is seen switching stereotypical age roles with their parents. Besides looking really good in classic seersucker suits, a staple in the Thom Browne universe, the group of kids are captured getting ready for the day and dropping off their parents at school. 


Kim is best known for his role in the movie drama 'Minari', but is also no stranger to style, previously landing himself on best-dressed lists. He has been seen wearing suits by Thom Browne in the past including earlier this year as he attended the Oscars. 

Browne launched a children’s line under his namesake label earlier this year. The new line was debuted during its slot on the official calendar of Paris Men’s Fashion Week with a short film equally directed by Bird. The line features signature styles of the same make and quality as all of Thom Browne’s collections. Pieces include all of the brand's classic items for men and women including fitted blazers, cardigans, crisp white button-downs, tapered trousers, and more.
