Very.co.uk in media deal for shoppable mobile video content

Shop Direct has partnered with Bauer Media to drive mobile sales and promote the V by Very range with a shoppable content campaign.

The video campaign will run across a number of Bauer Media brands including Grazia, heat, Closer, The Debrief and KISS, for two months, featuring shoppable content presented by brand ambassadors and stylists from Grazia, heat, Closer, The Debrief and KISS.

The video content will highlight key investment pieces in the V by Very range, and users will be able to select items from the campaign to style bespoke outfits, changing pieces depending on occasion or mood.

Additionally, social activity will support the campaign with weather-relevant outfit suggestions.

Shop Direct said this campaign is part of its efforts to boost mobile sales, as 62% of online sales were made via smartphones and tablets in 2016.

That’s why we’ve worked with Bauer on an innovative and impactful campaign, which will be relevant and inspire our target customer for V by Very. The campaign launches this week.
