Mapic 2010 announces a higher attendance rate

Published
Nov 22, 2010

After last year’s 35% drop in the number of people present at the tradeshow, Mapic has just declared a 10% rise in participants for 2010, with a total of 7,400 people from 67 countries.

MAGIC

2,940 companies worldwide attended the event, where more than 100 retailers were there for the first time. The French delegation consisted of more than 1000 companies and they all held their heads up high, after all France was chosen by Mapic as Country of Honour for 2010.

This improvement was likely to be due to the great number of exhibitors and visitors attending the tradeshow. Everybody noticed a high level of trading around projects that were certainly more thought out and also more solid on the whole.
