K-Way joins forces with N°21

K-Way's "informal and contemporary" style and that of N°21 are both showcased in the brand new project which links the two labels.

The former is distinctive for its functional waterproof apparel, and the latter for its sophisticated, contemporary style. Together, they are joining forces for the first time in a new collaboration: the K-Way® X N°21 collection.

The famous nylon windcheater brand was founded in France in 1965 and is now owned by Italian group BasicNet. It is very active in co-branding operations, and this time it set its sights on Neapolitan designer Alessandro Dell'Acqua and his women's and men's ready-to-wear label, N° 21.

For the Spring/Summer 2017, Dell'Acqua has reinterpreted some of K-Way's iconic models, such as the short jacket with a long vertical zip at the front, suitable for both women and men.

The designer has re-styled the jackets "by using unexpected fabrics, such as a soft taffeta and a check flannel, with precious floral embroidery and exotic prints," stated the label in a press release, without adding further details.

The collection will be distributed by Riccardo Grassi Showroom, and will be available from November 2016 at selected K-Way and N°21 stores, as well as on the brands' e-shops and at selected multi-brand stores. The items will be featured in different colours and will be priced between €195 and €400.
