Glow Bar set for physical store debut near Regent Street

Glow Bar, the UK-based wellness-to-beauty e-tail business is to open its first store and it’s starting ambitiously with a location in the heart of London’s shopping district just off Regent Street.

It will open at 70 Mortimer Street in August in a two-storey1,715 sq ft space, offering own brand herbal mixes as well as wellness-focused beauty products.

The company makes “adaptogenic elixirs and healing herbs for modern babes” and aims to use them to deal with modern problems such as stress that is have a negative effective on both general health and skin.

The company was founded by Sasha Sabapathy, a brand planner-turned-chef who has spent her life between Malaysia, London and New York and who created the original blends for the company’s products in her own kitchen.

The new store will open on a street known for its lifestyle and wellness profile with other stores there including beauty salon DryBy, Ted’s Grooming Room, Psycle and Workshop Coffee.

The new location is being designed in collaboration with Maker Studio and will include an elixir bar where products can be custom-made, a cafe, saunas, and a beauty boutique, 

Sabapathy said: “The idea of opening a physical space for Glow Bar came about after realising that there weren’t many places in London that served as an escape from modern living in the city. I wanted to create an environment that promoted a 360 approach to health and wellness in a space that was both relaxed but fun and cool.”
