Colette hands over one floor to Lucien Pagès PR agency

It will be an unconventional summer for Parisian concept store Colette. In a break from the approach which since the spring saw Colette let a single designer have total control of one of its floors for one month, founder Sarah Andelman has now given carte blanche to a PR agency. From 7th August to 2nd September in fact, Lucien Pagès, founder in 2006 of the eponymous agency, will unveil his own summer selection, labelled 'Les vacances de Lulu' (Lulu's holidays).

A visual of the Lucien Pagès operation - Colette

A self-taught advertising specialist and long-time fashion aficionado, Pagès will take over a retail area of about 200 m2, and the shop windows to boot, to showcase a wide range of products by brands represented by his agency.

A list of about thirty names, some of them the envy of many a concept store. Pagès' selection will feature a mix of exclusive articles and limited-edition series designed especially for this operation, as well as items from the Autumn/Winter 2017-18 collections by J.W. Anderson, Loewe, Jacquemus, Olympia Le Tan, A.P.C., Courrèges, Lemaire, Ambush, Vanessa Seward, Koché, Editions M.R, Charlotte Chesnais, Byredo, Astier de Villatte, Sabine Getty, Moynat, John Lobb and Ronald van der Kemp.

To liven up and personalise the area within Colette, this unusual collaboration between a concept store and a PR agency will also be open to contributions by business buddies such as graphic design studio M/M, Dior make-up artist Peter Philips, catwalk sound designer Michel Gaubert and fashion designer Camille Bidault-Waddington. For Lucien Pagès, whose name is unfamiliar to the general public but is well-known in the fashion industry, it will be a matter of diving into his ideal, creativity-filled holidays.

In the autumn, it will be the turn of fashion label Sacai to take over in what Colette sees as a creativity "relay". Of course, Sacai is represented by the Lucien Pagès PR agency.
